Experience:
We have been manufacturing cabinets and building
materials Since 1956. That is over 48 years experience in giving you what
you want and need to do the job right. We offer all the tools and supplies
to do any project like a professional. We supply large lumberyards, carpenters
and the hobbyist with the finest products anywhere.
Quality:
All our doors are handmade by
skilled craftsmen. Your order is made of hand selected kiln dried lumber by one
of our qualified cabinetmakers. He selects each piece for grain, color,
quality and uniformity throughout your new kitchen. The same carpenter
oversees your order all the way through the machining, assembly, and sanding processes. If
he finds any defects, he will start the entire process over again. When your order is
completed and ready to ship, he puts his seal of satisfaction inside the
package so you know it has been hand inspected.
We are proud of our craftsmanship. When you inspect your
shipment you will find it to be of superior quality. All our joinery is
precision milled, fitted, and glued to insure years of satisfaction and beauty.
Warranty:
All our doors are warranted
against defects. We will replace any door we make if it is a different size
than ordered, cracks, splits or warps more than ¼ inch across the width of the door
within 60 days of manufacture. The door must be in the same condition and finish it was
supplied in.
All
pieces of wood are unique. Some pieces of wood will have more pronounced grain
patterns than others. When finished, the differences may be more pronounced.
These are not defects in the wood or the finish. Exposed wood must be finish
coated as soon as possible after receipt to control moisture gain and movement,
which can cause warping and other problems.
Please refer to other available product information on
finishing requirements. Stain color inconsistencies due to natural wood
properties such as sapwood and grain patterns are not wood defects and can be
controlled with proper finishing.
It may be necessary to re-sand in areas where raised
grain has occurred. We do sand at the factory before shipment, however
additional job-site sanding may be required. Wood grain variations are not
considered a defect in the wood, and are not covered under any warranty.
All returned orders require a Return Authorization Number and return
freight must be prepaid. We are sure you will be happy with your order.
