To help keep our prices low we no longer print a catalog. You can find our current products online in full color. If you cannot find what you are looking for, email us and we may be able to help.
We are unable to ship samples free of charge. Small cabinet doors can be ordered through our order pages. If you are looking to buy in large volumes, 100 doors or more per order, we will refund part or all of your sample prices. If you are looking for a wood sample, visit your local lumber yard or paint store. They usually have several species of wood on hand.
Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Our online store has been designed so you can price all our items, use the online shopping cart, and calculate shipping before giving us any personal information. Only after you have decided to place your order do we ask for your name.
We promise never to divulge any of the privileged information you give to us when you order. Your email address is used only for correspondences between you and us. After the sale, we email you a tracking number for shipment. Unless you contact us again we will not email you or distribute it.
The same is true with your credit card information. If we were not a reputable business we would not have lasted nearly 50 years.
We do not use glass in our
cabinet doors because they can
break and injure. Instead we
use a scratch resistant
non-yellowing acrylic material
such as Lexan®. These panels
are removable for cleaning and
finishing by turning a small keepers
on the back of the doors. We
offer the plexi-glass or Lexan®
styles of cabinet door in all
the wood types.
We also have the clear
panel doors with grilles
installed. Check out the
online store for more info.

Many items (hardware) are

take a bit longer. We usually

about 2 weeks. Occasionally
orders can take longer when
our volume is high.
Currently we are receiving
a large volume of orders.
Orders other than hardware are
taking approximately Three
weeks.
UPS Ground usually takes less than a week to deliver. Yes we will send you the tracking numbers for your packages.
No! We do not have up-charges. We don't even have a minimum order size.
Yes we can. There is an area on the order form for messages. Click on that spot and tell us which doors are inset on only three sides. If we have any questions we will contact you before your order is completed.
If something is damaged by the freight company they will compensate you for the damage. If you receive the package and it appears to contain damaged materials you can ask your local shipping office or driver, for assistance. All our packages are shipped with insurance to cover replacement costs. If something is missing we will compensate you for it.
All pieces of wood are
unique. Some pieces of wood
will have more pronounced
grain patterns than others.
When finished, the differences
may be more pronounced. These
are not defects in the wood or
the finish. Exposed wood must
be finish coated as soon as
possible after receipt to
control moisture gain and
movement, which can cause
warping and other problems.
Please refer to other
available product information
on finishing requirements.
Stain color inconsistencies
due to natural wood properties
such as sapwood and grain
patterns are not wood defects
and can be controlled with
proper finishing.
It may be necessary to re-sand
in areas where raised grain
has occurred. We do sand at
the factory before shipment,
however additional job-site
sanding may be required. Wood
grain variations are not
considered a defect in the
wood, and are not covered
under any warranty.
We take our specials very seriously. Even our webmaster is sworn to secrecy. Besides, that would take the fun out of it. Every month we do have a special offer. Sometimes it is only on one item or perhaps a discount across the board. Tune in and see for yourself.
